My Story

Hey there, I am Robin! Growing up I was always a thin kid but not very athletic. My weight wasn’t a problem until I gained 20 pounds after college and I’ve struggled with it ever since.

In 1985, I lost 20 pounds. Shortly after I gained 40 back. This trend of down some then up even more continued like a vicious cycle. In 1995, I started working out for the first time after a divorce. I realized I loved it and stayed consistent for several years. In that time I met my now husband Vito, and we started living life to the fullest. We got busy with life while still being very social. There came a time that I missed three days at the gym and just simply never went back. But the weight did, and this time I had 100 pounds I needed to shed. 

In 2004, I managed to lose all of the weight and decided to become a WW weight loss coach and continued that work until 2020. I’ve helped thousands of people lose thousands of pounds. I went on to become a personal trainer in 2006 and fitness instructor in 2007. 

I now lead my own weight loss programs and love helping women lose weight, feel great, and live happier, healthier, more active lives.
